The registration fee includes attendance to all lectures, coffee breaks and lunches. All fees are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and US dollar (USD), and are per person. Please make the payment with indications of the attendee's name, address and contact information.

Discount for Group Registration
For group registration, please contact APVBO at apvbocontact@yahoo.com
Registration for a group of 3 or more people: 30% discount (equivalent to paying 70% of the original price)
Registration for a group of 6 or more people: 50% discount (equivalent to paying 50% of the original price)
Registration for a group of 9 or more people: 60% discount (equivalent to paying 40% of the original price)
Cancellation or Alteration Policy
Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to apvbocontact@yahoo.com and will be subject to the following conditions.
Until March 28, 2024: refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.
From March 29, 2024: no refund.
All cancellations must be emailed to: apvbocontact@yahoo.com
Until March 28, 2024: name change will be charged 60 USD.
From March 29, 2024: no name changes will be accepted.
No-shows at the conference will be charged the full fee.
A fixed fee of 50 USD will be charged for the replacement of a lost badge.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
