Guideline for Speakers

Please read the guidelines below to ensure that your lecture goes smoothly. If you have any questions, please contact the APVBO Office at apvbocontact@yahoo.com.

• If you plan to use your own computer for your lecture, please bring your adaptor and computer to test them at the Speaker Service Center (2F, Research Building, ZOC) at least three hours before your talk to check whether everything is fine.

• If you plan to use your USB and an APVBO's computer for your lecture, please bring your USB stick to the Speaker Service Center (2F, Research Building, ZOC) at least three hours before your talk, so that the technicians can assist you to test the file. Please inform the technicians your name and your session.

• Your lecture file should be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx).

• The length of your talk should not exceed the allowed time.
