The registration fee includes attendance to all lectures, coffee breaks and lunches. All fees are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and US dollar (USD), and are per person. Please make the payment with indications of the attendee’s name, address and contact information.

Please note that a team with 6 persons or above signing up for the APVBO conference will enjoy half-price concession on the registration fee. Please mark your team and the number of person when you pay for the registration fees.For example, Group of Yun Li (6).

Cancellation or Alteration Policy

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to apvbocontact@yahoo.com and will be subject to the following conditions.

  • Until May 2, 2019: refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.

  • From May 3, 2019: no refund.

  • All cancellations must be emailed to: apvbocontact@yahoo.com

  • Until May 2, 2019: name change will be charged 60 USD.

  • From May 3, 2019: no name changes will be accepted.

  • No-shows at the conference will be charged the full fee.

  • A fixed fee of 50 USD will be charged for the replacement of a lost badge.

  • Refunds will be processed after the conference.
